Raw meat salad with chips of Piemontino Valgrana

Ingredients

Chips of Piemontino Valgrana 
100 g of knife-chopped raw meat of piedmontese Fassona 
As needed of lemon
As needed of extra virgin olive oil
As needed of pepper
As needed of salt

Procedure

Dress the chopped row meat with a mixture of lemon juice, extra virgin oil, salt and pepper. Spread Piemontino chips on it and serve.
