Raw cow meat (Fassona breed) with hard Bra Valgrana rape (grated) and grated bread
200 g of hard Bra Dop Valgrana
100 g of grated bread
1 kg of raw piedmontese cow meat
As needed of olive oil
As needed of salt
Put in a holding bowl the meat and add the desired quantity of salt, oil and lemon, then blend everything. Arrange the meat on a dish, flatten it with a fork and keep it cool. Grate the hard Bra and mix it with the bread. Spread the compound over the meat and add some oil before serving.
