Salad of hard Bra Valgrana with pears, nuts and smell of honey




100 g of hard Bra Dop Valgrana
50 g of honey
20 walnuts kernels
1 dl of Arneis wine
A pear
As needed of extra virgin oil
As needed of salt


Peel and cut the pear in small dices, scald them in wine and water for a few seconds, strain and let everything cool.
Cut the hard Bra and the nuts.
Prepare a salad by mixing all the ingredients, salt and pour the oil. Lay it on a spoon, add a drop of honey, garnish with walnuts kernels and serve.
